SmartLi 48V 100A Battery Management System (BMS) is an advanced telecom backup power solution integrating a bidirectional DC-DC converter and intelligent voltage boosting in a compact 3U form factor. Designed for 5G base stations, telecom shelters, and energy storage systems, it supports up to 32 parallel battery units, delivers 4800W rated output, and achieves 98.5% peak efficiency — dramatically reducing OPEX while ensuring uninterrupted power.

This SmartLi BMS system combines a Battery Management Unit (BMU) and a Bidirectional DC-DC Converter (BDC) in one enclosure. The BMU handles voltage/temperature monitoring, SOC calculation, and communication, while the BDC enables intelligent voltage boosting, current sharing, and seamless integration with lead-acid or lithium batteries. It supports 15S and 16S LiFePO4 battery packs and provides comprehensive protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit, and reverse connection.

🔄 Three Discharge Modes

Communicates with switching power supply. Constant voltage can be set from 48V to 57V, maintaining output at set value. Improves site power capacity — recommended for standalone lithium systems.
Output voltage equals battery voltage (similar to ordinary BMS). Overcurrent triggers DCDC current limiting instead of direct protection. Supports parallel connection with lead-acid batteries for synchronous discharge.
