🔌 Wiring & Installation Essentials
- Power terminals: B+ (M4, 12AWG), B-/P- (M5, 6AWG) – all three power terminals must be connected for full rating.
- Sampling connector: 20-pin harness for cell voltages and NTCs (B=3950K). Do not charge/discharge via sense wires.
- Heating interface: Two heating film outputs (E and B+/H+), supports 25A / 500W max.
- Power-up sequence: 4G/Bluetooth → key button → heating → B- → P- → sampling connector → B+/H+ → load/charger.
- Reverse polarity protection: Not supported – double-check connections before powering.
- Waterproofing: BMS board must be enclosed in a waterproof housing; conformal coating only provides basic humidity protection.
