Built for High‑Voltage Energy Storage
The TB-PD1500 series high‑voltage enclosure is the central power distribution and protection unit for battery energy storage systems (ESS). It houses DC breakers, fuses, contactors, and control electronics, providing a safe and intelligent interface between battery stacks and inverters.
Applications: Utility‑scale storage, C&I ESS, high‑voltage residential storage (up to 1500V), and off‑grid solar + storage systems.
Voltage options: 500V, 1000V, 1500V with custom configurations available.

Advanced Safety & Control
Fault Diagnostics
Fuse blown, relay weld/open detection – real‑time monitoring.
Redundant Voltage Sensing
Battery total voltage + rear‑end voltage for cross‑check.
Contact Temperature Monitoring
Key contact points monitored to prevent overheating.
Black Start & Off‑Grid
Autonomous operation without grid, supports island mode.
HMI & Auxiliary Features
The TB-PD1500 enclosure can be equipped with a 4.3‑inch or 7‑inch color touch display, showing real‑time system parameters (voltage, current, temperature, status), active alarms, and fault records. The controllable DC24V output (enable/disable via BMS command) provides power for external fans, lighting, or auxiliary contactors.
All communication ports are isolated and compatible with standard BMS protocols (CAN 2.0B, Modbus RTU over RS485, daisy‑chain SPI).
